1. 家長與孩子帳戶 / Family accounts

OtterCub 提供小學課後練習。請由家長或監護人建立及管理家庭帳戶、提供聯絡電郵，並授權孩子使用學習檔案。請妥善保管密碼及家長 PIN，勿讓孩子自行購買訂閱。

OtterCub provides supplementary primary learning practice. A parent or guardian should create and manage the family account, provide the contact email and supervise the learner profile. Keep passwords and the parent PIN private. Purchases are for parents or guardians.

2. 免費體驗與學習結果 / Free practice and learning results

五題免費體驗及 phonics 入門活動不需信用卡。Premium 14 天免費試用需要家長帳戶及付款卡，詳情見下節。五題結果只反映這次練習，並非全面能力評估、學校成績或專業診斷。內容供輔助學習，不能保證分數、升學或進步幅度；如發現題目或發音有疑問，請聯絡我們。

The five-question sample and phonics starter do not require a payment card. The 14-day Premium trial requires a parent account and card as described below. A sample result describes that practice session, not a comprehensive assessment, school grade or professional diagnosis. Practice supports learning; it does not guarantee marks, admissions or a particular improvement. Please report questionable questions or sounds.

3. 收費與續訂 / Payment and renewal

Premium 每月等值 HK$124，實際按年收費 HK$1,488。完成 Stripe 付款卡設定後有 14 天免費試用，今日不收費；除非在試用完結前取消，試用期後會收取年費，其後每年自動續訂。HK$124/月只作比較，並非逐月收費。付款前請查看 方案頁 及 Stripe 結帳頁所列的金額、試用期及週期。免費五題體驗不會自行轉為付費訂閱。

Premium is equivalent to HK$124/month and is actually billed as HK$1,488 annually. A 14-day free trial starts after card setup in Stripe, with no charge today. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the annual fee is charged and renews yearly. HK$124/month is a comparison, not monthly billing. Check the amount, trial and billing period on the pricing page and Stripe checkout. The five-question sample does not become a paid subscription.

4. 取消、收費問題與退款查詢 / Cancellation and billing help

已綁定訂閱的家長可登入後，在 方案頁 或家長主頁選擇「管理帳單及取消續訂」，開啟 Stripe 提供的管理頁面。可用選項以該頁顯示為準。如未能開啟或找不到訂閱，請按以下方式聯絡我們。

Parents with a linked subscription can sign in and select “Manage billing & cancellation” on the pricing page or parent dashboard to open Stripe billing management. Available options are shown there. If it cannot open or your subscription is not found, contact us as described below.

如需取消續訂或查詢收費／退款，請在續訂日前以購買時使用的家長電郵寄至 hello@ottercub.com，註明要求並附上收據編號（如有）。電郵要求由人手處理；寄出電郵並不等於已完成取消，請保留確認。請勿傳送密碼、PIN 或完整信用卡號碼。取消續訂與退回已收費用是不同要求；本頁不提供未經確認的退款保證，也不限制適用法律賦予的權利。

To request help cancelling renewal or ask about a charge or refund, email hello@ottercub.com from the purchasing parent email before the renewal date. State your request and include a receipt reference if available. Email requests are handled manually; sending an email is not confirmation that cancellation is complete. Keep the confirmation. Never send passwords, PINs or full card numbers. Cancelling renewal and refunding an existing charge are separate requests. This page offers no unconfirmed refund guarantee and does not limit rights under applicable law.

5. 合理使用與內容 / Fair use and content

請勿嘗試存取其他家庭的資料、干擾服務或繞過帳戶保護。請勿在未獲授權下轉售或大量複製課程內容。第三方開源內容依其各自授權使用，並不因本條款而失去原有授權權利。

Do not access another family's information, interfere with the service or bypass account protections. Do not resell or bulk-copy learning content without permission. Third-party open-source material remains governed by its own licence; these terms do not remove rights granted by those licences.

6. 開源鳴謝及授權 / Open-source credits and licences

Transactional email signing uses aws4fetch 1.0.20, copyright 2018 Michael Hart, under the MIT licence (full notice). Singapore trial questions and the worked bar-model example are original OtterCub content. Curriculum references do not imply endorsement by Singapore MOE; no KooBits questions or assets are reproduced.
